PDF Export failing for anonymous users if IP allowlisting is enabled

      Issue Summary

      In instances that have the new PDF export experience enabled with IP allowlisting enabled, when exporting any page in Confluence as a PDF the file shows the following message

      There was a problem accessing this content. Check your network connection and try again, or contact your administrator for help.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enable IP Allowlist to Confluence in your organization
      2. Open Confluence to anonymous users
      3. Open a space to anonymous users as an anonymous user
      4. Access any page you would like to export
      5. Go to More actions > Export > Export to PDF
      6. Download the page and check the file content

      Expected Results

      The page which was exported should be shown in the downloaded file.

      Actual Results

      The following message is displayed in the PDF:

      There was a problem accessing this content. Check your network connection and try again, or contact your administrator for help.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
